Our passion for wind has shaped us

DISCOVER BLADESENSE VALUE AND PEOPLE

MISSION

From sailing to renewable energy

Picture of a Sailing Boat

From our common passion for sailing, we believe in the power of wind since long and want to contribute to improve the resilience and reliability of Wind Turbines and reduce the barriers to the deployment of Wind Energy around the world to reduce the carbon footprint of our societies.

Our value proposition

We provide operators and manufacturers with a complete solution to improve the performance of wind turbines using continuously generated data.

Our added value then consists in reducing the total cost of energy (CoE) by optimizing energy production (PP) and reducing maintenance costs (CoM). With a low impact on the cost of turbine CoT (< 1%)

Stall generates important loss of lift on blades and leads to strong energy production drop.

Stall

Aerodynamic imbalance due to blade misalignment causes energy loss, increased vibration, rotor speed fluctuations, higher loads on turbine components, and a shorter turbine lifespan.

Blade failure accounts for a substantial proportion of total failures from the aspects of downtime and costs.

Blade icing generates significant revenue loss because of mandatory turbine downtime due to blade breakage and security risks
